General Info For Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped usually within 2-4 business days after the payment is confirmed and cleared.

We only ship the item to the address listed in your Paypal. Please make sure your paypal shipping address is correct.

If you intend to dropship, simply fill in the Invoice address as your address and Delivery address as your customer's address.

Important Notice

Customs clearance can increase the delivery time if your package is held up by customs officials. We do not take any responsibility for custom clearance in your country. Hence, please make sure the items you ordered is in compliance with your country's customs policy.

Our duty ends when the product is safely delivered to our freight company who is responsible to deliver it to your address. So please do not blame us if the item is taking longer than the estimated timing as we have no control over it. To lighten this matter, we strongly advise our customers to always choose Registered Mail upon checking out.

Registered mail allows you to keep track of your items. You will be given a tracking number when you choose this shipping method. To track your items, simply log in to your account and click order history. Next, click track order and you will be directed to the freight company tracking page where you can see the updated status of your item.

Note: Please allow 2 to 3 days for the tracking number to be displayed on the tracking page of the freight company.

VAT, GST, Duties and Customs Fees

Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.

Our prices do not include any taxes or other fees that may be levied by the country of delivery. We try and give an idea of what can be expected in various countries, but since many of the se charges are randomly applied, there is no way we guarantee what may or may not be charged.
